Full Job Description
As a veterinary surgeon, you will be responsible for the delivery of clinical services within your business in conjunction with your Clinical Director and veterinary team. You will have a passion for delivering the best possible service, support and outcomes for patients, clients and colleagues, and the wider Linnaeus group. You will have excellent communication skills, ensuring smooth working relationships between your teams and embracing a culture of committing to excellence in all that is done and a have passion for self-development.
We are looking for a Vet with upwards of a few years experience, who is confident consulting and performing routine surgeries. Hours are full time, 40 hours over a 4 day week with 1 in 4 weekends and no night work.
We are a busy small animal first opinion practice in the centre of Newmarket, Suffolk. We have a team of 7 RVNs, 4 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 Client Care colleagues, and we work alongside inhouse specialists which consist of a cardiologist, ophthalmologist and an orthopaedic surgeon. We are currently undergoing a full practice refurbishment due to be complete in early March 2025, enabling us to offer a fantastic environment for our team, as well as clients and their pets.
