Full Job Description

The position will involve a mix of consults and routine surgeries as well as emergency work when required.

We are currently on the hunt for a dedicated qualified Small Animal Vet to join this brand-new, state-of-the-art veterinary clinic opening early next year!

The team are revolutionising veterinary care by integrating custom technology with a stunning, state-of-the-art clinic to create a seamless and cohesive experience. The business model is designed to ensure an exceptional experience for the clinical team and the clients/patients who walk through the door.

You:

We are looking for someone who is motivated to better patient care and ensure a seamless experience.

The ideal candidate will be confident in surgery as well as emergency care. Full training and support will be provided to create the best possible version of yourself.

The team are also looking for someone who can adhere to the ethos/business model that is set out to create a fitting environment for both clients and colleague's.

40 hours a week split over a 4 day working week with roughly 1:6 weekends (with view to reduce over time) with no OOHs to ensure a healthy work/life balance. Flexible working patterns can be discussed to suit.

The practice:

This will be a practice like no other. A genuine spacious and stunning clinic. You will be joining a site with the most advanced facilities yet enabling you to offer the best possible services to clients/patients. The open plan layout will consist of but won't be limited to; consult rooms, separate dog and cat areas, dedicated X-Ray and Dental X-Ray room, ultrasound machines, separate office spaces, digital whiteboards, complete staff rooms and plenty more!

The team:

You will be joining an incredibly supportive Vet team and Clinical Director with wonderful Nurse's, PCA's and front of house team to support. There will also be an amazing support system behind you to give you all of the tools required to provide outstanding patient care whilst continuing your own professional development.
