VFX Supervisor

As a VFX Supervisor at Black Kite you'll work directly with clients and directors to deliver stunning creative advertising projects. You'll attend shoots, lead teams and draw on your client relationships to win and deliver the very best work. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use Advanced compositing techniques to deliver visually stunning work on time and on budget.
• Managing large and complex advertising projects under tight deadlines.
• Take ownership when pitching and bidding on projects to execute high-end creative treatments.
• Engaging in calls and meetings with directors, advertising agencies and brands.
• Building a strong client base by gaining and developing relationships with creative talent and clients.
• Working collaboratively with other members of the Compositing team and other VFX departments.
• Provide support and mentor our creative talent.
• Inspire a culture of creative innovation.
  
  Advanced experience in Compositing with Flame and/or Nuke for complex VFX projects.
• Detailed understanding of the VFX process, able to bid work accurately.
• Experienced supervising onset.
• Excellent people and communication skills, able to lead and manage others and build strong client relationships.
• A keen creative eye, artistic skills with an understanding of colour, light and photography.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Gives and receives feedback and direction well.
