Full Job Description

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across a range of beauty courses (Technical Level 2 & 3, etc.).
Support and assess students' progress in both practical and theoretical aspects of beauty therapy.
Provide tailored learning to meet individual student needs, promoting inclusivity.
Keep up to date with industry trends and integrate new techniques and treatments into the curriculum.
Develop and deliver course materials, lesson plans, and assessments to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
Ensure compliance with college policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety standards.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Lecturer in Beauty to join our vibrant teaching team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment within the Beauty department. The role requires you to engage with learners of all abilities, ensuring they acquire the skills and knowledge required to excel in the beauty industry., A recognised teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
Relevant Beauty Therapy qualification at Level 3 or above.
Proven industry experience within the beauty sector.
Passionate about teaching and inspiring students to succeed.
Knowledge of current industry trends, treatments, and products.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Experience teaching in further education or training environment.
Assessor/Verifier qualifications (e.g., A1, V1).
Experience with online learning platforms and digital teaching methods.
