Vice Chair of Trustees

We are hoping to appoint a Vice Chair of Trustees to assist the Chair in leading the Board, ensuring effective governance, and setting the Foundation's strategic direction. Responsibilities include supporting grant-making, investment oversight, and fund development, as well as strategic communications. The Vice Chair will help manage board meetings, support the CEO, and ensure compliance with charity laws and regulations., "We're looking for someone special to join the Foundation as Vice Chair of Trustees, someone who believes in our mission and wants to make a real, lasting impact in the communities we serve.
