Full Job Description

The Customer Experience and Disputes team in Security Solutions is looking for a professional to contribute to various integration efforts within Ethoca's acquisition of Minna. This person will report directly to the Integration Executive and steer the activities related to the success of a new acquisition. The ideal candidate is passionate about the managing complex projects, is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Overview Responsible for supporting the Integration Executive in developing and executing strategy and planning for several aspects of the integration into Mastercard Activities include organizational design, business process analysis, project implementation, and business transition activities The ideal candidate will be comfortable finding solutions to complex, open-ended business problems and approach solutions with a people-first mindset Responsibilities Collaborates globally to ensure smooth transitions for all integration projects, leveraging subject matter expertise Provides best practice input and guidance, translates strategy into milestone-based efforts, and escalates relevant issues to leadership Analyzes progress and operations to develop execution and/or improvement plans to be communicated with leadership Supports the development of strategy and establishing of key performance indicators Prepares and delivers analysis and assessment activities, managing stakeholder expectations related to scope, timeline, and other factors, All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:

    Experience in management consulting and supporting complex projects on a global scale
  • Experience working cross-functionally, generating consensus, understanding complex matrixed organizations, and implementing best-in-class integration practices Experience driving process reengineering or change management Advanced project management skills and the ability to manage intricate details of different disciplines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
