Full Job Description

With our business going through a period of transformation and accelerated growth, our team are looking for a VP Systems & Organisational Change, who will be responsible for driving Organisational transformation programmes, Program Management and overseeing IT services within our region and establishing reporting metrics that improve performance, drive change, and provide our people with the tools to operate and manage effectively. The VP Systems & Organisational Change will report to the SVP Finance Europe. They will work in collaboration with our operating division, People, and IT team, to enhance Organisational performance, productivity, and profitability through our people. What you will be doing

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling and defining project scope, budget estimates, resources & priorities for achieving deliverable timelines.
  • Work closely with procurement and commercial team to define the scope of works (SOW) for the delivery of all supply & services contracts to meet time plan, budget and customer satisfaction.
  • Driving improved accuracy and continuous improvement of all operating systems, people, planning, airport systems and financial. Ensure accurate real time information from RSMS.
  • Monitoring and Maintaining IT service levels within the region
  • Day to day management of IT standard processes across the region including service management, internal, virtual ServiceDesk and security.
  • Frequent communication with internal and external customers demonstrating the constant ability to listen and understand their requirements, relay this back to the business and make recommendations where appropriate.

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a hands-on senior Operational support / change management position, aviation sector specific experience preferred.
  • Strong project management skills/PM Qualifications
  • Expertise in one or more of the following systems and their operational applications: Workbridge, RSMS, T&A, Telematics
  • People change management skills including behavioural and cultural awareness and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholder groups desirable
  • Comprehensive knowledge about the aviation industry.
  • Experience of presenting to or speaking in front of groups or teams to deliver communications messages or training
