Full Job Description

Future is looking for an experienced Vice President of Marketing for its Business to Consumer Division. Reporting to the SVP Consumer, this pivotal role will oversee all Marketing and PR functions, you will drive cohesive strategies that enhance brand positioning, grow consumer and trade engagement, drive subscription growth and deliver against financial goals. You will control an eight-figure budget and lead and inspire a global marketing team. Other key Responsibilities include

  • Define, Build and maintain distinctive, differentiated brand propositions for Future and its portfolio of brands, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences.
  • Develop strong relationships across Future and its agencies to ensure plans are well communicated, executed and measured.
  • Regularly present marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to the executive team, ensuring marketing's contribution to overall business performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a marketing organization across multiple regions and functions, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

    Senior Leadership experience in media, publishing, or a subscription-based business
  • Ability to work across multiple brands & customer segments
  • Experience in both US and UK markets
  • Experience in implementing new technologies & practices to drive results
