Job Description Working closely with the Principal and the senior leadership team to support leading Oxted School into the future will be a exciting career move. We are looking for an inspirational, dynamic Vice Principal who has the skill and drive to help the school achieve its vision of becoming one of the very best schools in the country. It's crucial that our new Vice Principal can empower staff to give their absolute best, where all pupils are supported and challenged to thrive and succeed. The ideal candidate will have high standards, exceptional strategic vision, work well with their colleagues and bring an innovative and dynamic approach to school development. They will understand the direction the school needs to go, and help me to bring about swift school improvement. We are looking for someone who is a motivated, energetic, self-starter; a team player with bundles of enthusiasm, a good sense of humour and a passion for working with young people in a busy and thriving school environment.
