Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join our Victim and Witness care team, part of our Victims Hub.
The successful candidate will work in Victims hub, Wheatstone House and report to the Victim and Witness care Team leader.
The main responsibilities of the role are to support the victim and witness support officers to ensure victims and witnesses receive updates from court and attend court to give evidence.
This involves communicating with professionals and members of the public by telephone, email and by letter so excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The role also requires the ability to be able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
The role requires you to work as part of a team but to work with police officers regarding victim and witness requirements and to liaise with our partner agencies within the Criminal Justice System.
Working pattern: Contracted to 37 hour week, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, the successful candidate is expected to work in the office.
