Full Job Description

You will responsible for managing all strategic video planning and execution associated with Matillion Go-To-Market campaigns and initiatives, including video assets across the full funnel and buying journey, product marketing, and sales enablement, including brand videos, product demonstrations, thought leadership, event marketing, and more.,

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing teams to create a comprehensive marketing video strategy, and help execute on that strategy to realise ambitious company goals

  • Direct, edit, assemble, and finalise internal videos in post production

  • Act as producer and team supervisor on location shoots for Matillion, involving events, customers, and Matillion employees.

  • Collaborate with stakeholder across Matillion to review video needs and evaluate strategies for achieving company video content goals

  • Establish company video guidelines for anyone recording video or appearing in third-party video

  • Coordinate recording and editing of videos from across Matillion for different Go-To-Market activities and initiatives, including: Customer testimonials, sales enablement, partner solutions, executive thought leadership, and videos to support product launches.

  • Evaluate and establish products and services for video management and curation on the web and across Matillion

  • Work with sales to finalize a sales content management solution that leverages marketing content and integrates with sales operations tools

    Demonstrable video production experience at a fast-paced company and/or an agency. To include B2B video production experience

  • Strong understanding of brand and identity as it relates to video

  • Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, notably Adobe Premiere products and Adobe AfterEffects.

  • Experience incorporating video into web sites and blogs, into Google Suite, and into Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience with third-party image libraries and licensing rules

  • A strong understanding of WCAG and ADA requirements

  • Excellent strategic thinking and creative skills (written/verbal/conceptual)

    We value in-person collaboration here at Matillion, therefore this role follows our hybrid work structure where Matillioners work 2 days a week in our Manchester office. Our core day is Wednesday, and the second day will be determined together. The rest of the week you are welcome to work from the office, or remotely if you'd prefer.
    Compensation
    At Matillion, we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level and country. This role's estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is £48,000 - £72,000. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
