Full Job Description

As Video Editor, you'll play a pivotal role in stepping up our content production, delivering engaging video creative for use across paid and organic marketing channels, particularly social (Meta and YouTube). Your content will help us reach new audiences and show wine drinkers how to feel great about the wine they choose. Along with other in-house creatives, you'll help develop our visual identity and approach to storytelling.,

  • Edit video content for key marketing channels, primarily social media, in line with creative briefs and marketing strategy.
  • Create branded video assets for use across all video creative.
  • Embed our tone of voice, brand and customer value proposition in all video content.
  • Generate creative ideas grounded in customer insight.
  • Collaborate with other in-house creatives to develop video concepts and bring them to life.
  • Provide video assets for creative testing and further our learnings agenda.
  • Ensure a consistent visual identity across all video creative utilising advanced editing techniques and motion graphics where appropriate.
  • Stay on top of trends in our key channels to ensure our content is cutting edge and relevant to our target audience.
  • Assist on video shoots, advising on shot lists and visual style.
  • Balance a range of projects, working within our production process to deliver against brief and to deadlines.
  • Work with channel owners to understand creative performance and continually refine and elevate our video content., You support all stakeholders from the Winemaker, through to the Customer. We are Naked Together.

    ~2 years in a video editing role with strong knowledge of editing processes from inception and delivery.
  • Excellent with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Experience with colour grading, audio design and motion graphics.
  • Experience creating video content for social media, particularly for Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising - video creative best practice e.g. hooks, fast transitions.
  • Experience translating market research and customer insight into compelling creative concepts.
  • You will:
  • Thrive in a high velocity environment and be comfortable in a test-and-learn culture.
  • Be tuned into video trends and understand how to adapt them for our messages and audience.
  • Have strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
  • Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get involved in video shoots, helping direct and inputting into scripts.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing industry trends and share insights and best practice with wider teams.
  • Be interested in wine and making it accessible for all.
  • Bonus: be comfortable on camera and self-shooting.
