Full Job Description

The VIP Administration Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting both hosts and guests, fostering long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued VIP guests, ensuring an extraordinary experience during each visit. Key duties include coordinating bespoke VIP activities, organizing personalized events, and maintaining frequent contact with customers to enhance their overall experience. Please Note: This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 45 hours per week.

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential (Cantonese is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of Chinese culture.
  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality, travel, or concierge services.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and focused on client satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Financial proficiency, including invoice processing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
