Full Job Description
- Undertake training in the use of Coherix Predator 3D i-Cite software to enable you to commission, program and maintain the inline vision systems.
- Undertake training relating to the Coherix hardware, specifically relating to the communication path between the camera and the ABB robot.
- Assist with the initial commissioning of the Coherix 3D inline vision systems.
- Analyse results of the systems setups, make amendments to the setup and react to any process changes during production runs.
This is a great opportunity to join our Body In White department at Solihull. You will ideally have experience in Vision Systems, Camera Inspection, Commissiong New Vision exquipment and if you have a background in Quiss, Isra or Coherix that would be benefitial for the role. Previous experience in robotics would also be hugely desirable as in this role you will also be repogramming robotic systems. The term Coherix appears a lot in the job description but training on this will be included., Previous experience with Adhesive systems in Engineering. - Experience in robotics programming or Vision Systems Programming
- Background or experience in the Engineering and Concept Development.
- One of the following: Indentured Apprenticeship, Craftsman Certificate, or a Level 3 in one of the following - BTEC, NVQ, OCR Cambridge Nationals or National Diploma
