Visiting Nurse Practitioner / Emergency Care Practitioner

The role will be based at the practice having clinics and visiting patients living in care homes and their own homes within the locality.

You will have a Nurse Practitioner or Emergency Care Practitioner qualification and a prescriber is desirable but not essential.

The Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate high standards of clinical care, sound decision making and excellent interpersonal skills.

We are a thriving, busy practice in the centre of Dereham with 11200 patients. We are due to start a refurbishment to gain additional clinical rooms and looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team.
