Full Job Description

Rugby Art Gallery & Museum and the Visitor Centre are a vibrant public space in the centre of Rugby. We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team and play a key role in delivering an excellent visitor experience. Visitor Experience Assistants are based front of house in the Art Gallery, Museum and Visitor Centre spaces, providing exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to all visitors. The successful candidate will be a brilliant communicator, proactive, flexible and reliable. We are looking to appoint one Assistant with the following working pattern: Friday 7 hours 09:45 to 17:15 Saturday 6 hours 09:45 to 16:15 There is a requirement to work on weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.
