Visitor Host (Grade 3) (Client Referral)

· Welcoming visitors and directing customers as necessary
· Dealing with Enquiries from members of the public

· Must enjoy dealing with the public and sometimes dealing with complex situations

· Ability to follow clear and precise instructions
· Delivery of first class customer service
· Proven track record in dealing with customers
· Teamworker
· Demonstrate ability to adapt to different groups of customers and be confident in the delivery of historic Information
· DBS - Enhanced
· Responsible Retailing - Level 1

Desirable for the Role
· Welsh Speaker
· Fluent in a foreign language
· Customer Service qualifications and/or experience
· First Aid Certificate
· Manual Handling Certificate
· SIA Certificate?
· Creativity or experience of performing arts for re-enactments
· Defib Course
· Computer Literate

· Must be prepared to undergo an initial period of training and reach a level of competency set out during the training period
· Must be Health and Safety aware
