Visual Arts Technician

· Prepare workshops for teaching

· Support teachers in class and supervise students

· Order and receive materials and equipment

· Monitor and maintain stock levels

· Carry out maintenance and inventory of machinery and equipment,

· Ensure working environment is clean, safe and meets health and safety requirements

· Mount and display student work, including at our end of year exhibition and fashion runway show

· Be eager to explore low carbon alternatives as part of the College's sustainability initiative

The successful candidate/s need to be creative and practical with relevant knowledge and skills to support our teachers in our well stocked print room, ceramics studio and 3D workshop.
