We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and passionate Visual Impairment Specialist Learning Support Practitioner (this is what we call our TAs) to join our team! You will be supporting our teaching and delivery team to deliver impactful interventions and to support the progression of our visually impaired learners as they prepare for life beyond SupaJam. Alongside this, you will be strong role models for our young people, and you will help to shape their experience of education into something positive and meaningful.
