• The role of Visual Merchandiser sits within our friendly and creative Visual Merchandising department where you will support the team and wider teams to...


• Ensure the Joules brand is positively promoted within our store environments through overall visual execution and aesthetic, supporting with maximising sales.


• You will create commercial and inspirational product displays and layouts in both the mainline and outlet stores.


• Support the planning and implementation of all Joules retail products from a VM perspective from wholesale sell in through to in-store range launches.


• You will support the team with all Head Office based seasonal set ups.


• Building key relationships with the Buying and Merchandising functions in order to build and execute the VM approach for all areas of the business.


• Creative and new ideas are needed alongside a commercial approach in order to best support range launches, product grading set ups and retail launches as well as ensuring all stock is traded to their planned potential.


• Product Overview Packs.


• Inspirational Guide set ups for both outlet & mainline stores.


• Communication with Stores and Retail teams to ensure effective delivery and implementation of all monthly stock launches and key events.

• From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you have:


• Ample and demonstrable experience within retail, customer focused visual merchandising - ideally within a similar brand to Joules.


• Marketing experience.


• New ideas, different ways of working to excite and progress.


• Excellent planning and organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail alongside ability to plan and prioritise your own workload effectively


• A genuine interest in fashion.


• Able to adapt, at speed were needed, to the needs of the business and the customer.


• A proactive approach and able to show initiative to seize opportunities, achieving better results for business benefit.


• Strong presentation and influencing skills.


• Confidence in presenting to and communicating with departments across the business.


• High energy.


• Full UK driving licence.


• IT literate to include Adobe InDesign & Photoshop.


• Able to travel and undertake late shifts and overnight stays as per the needs of the business.
