Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Visual Merchandiser to bring their creative flair and expertise to our fantastic Windows Visual Merchandising team here at Harrods on a fixed term basis (ending October 2025). Bringing your creativity to life, you will be dressing the windows of our iconic Knightsbridge store.

About the Role

Our Visual Merchandisers utilise Harrods' incredible product offering, along with impeccable visual standards and strong editorial standards, to create magic in the store windows. Creating retail theatre by curating visually stunning displays that showcase the latest trends and luxury brands, they elevate the customer experience and promote an obvious and clear link to the overarching, storewide Creative narrative.

Harrods' Visual Merchandisers are also responsible for:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product selection and drive sales
Maintaining all visual merchandising standards across all windows by continually reviewing product placement and merchandise layout to maximise opportunities, ensuring that all areas are clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Utilising their knowledge of ever-changing seasons and trends.
Designing, dressing and installing visual concepts in line with the seasonal marketing calendar to best showcase the department.

Please note - these roles require flexibility to work across multi-site locations and adapt to processes across different environments, including occasional overnight and weekend work.

As a Visual Merchandiser at Harrods, you'll have expertise in styling, outfit curation, trend analysis, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creativity. You'll have great communication skills, and the motivation to stay on top of (and ahead of!) global trends.

You will also have:

A passion for cross-category merchandising, including Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear, Accessories, Food and Harrods Signature.
A creative flair and demonstrable interest in visual merchandising.
An inherently proactive approach and impeccable attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills - able to work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders, brands, and suppliers on window projects and upcoming promotions.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask - balancing practical and project management work.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to take initiative and problem solve when required.

Harrods is one of the world's leading luxury department stores and we're becoming a destination for top designers, and the most sought-after brands from around the globe. Our combined mission is to make visiting our iconic Knightsbridge store one of the world's most inspiring shopping experiences.

Our Promise to You

Help us make the impossible possible for our customers and we'll do something remarkable for you. As well as offering a friendly environment to inspire your best work, we provide abundant opportunities and support to build an exceptional career across the varied specialisms of our business.

In return you'll receive an excellent benefits package, including a company pension, flexible working, 22 days' holiday and your birthday off, up to 33% in-store discount (including across our food hall and restaurants) and a season ticket loan.
