Full Job Description

As VM Executive, your role is to support the VM Manager and the Head of Marketing in the effective development and implementation of Radley's Visual Merchandising programs ensuring that the commercial and strategic goals of the brand's Retail, Wholesale and International channels are achieved in partnership with the Commercial Teams.

What will I be doing?

  • Managing consistency of visual merchandising execution and standards across all stores

  • Supporting the setup of new stores, refurbishments, showrooms

  • Creation of all FP and OP VM monthly guidelines for stores and wholesale partners

  • Managing seasonal campaign assets for own buy stores and assisting with roll out of wholesale, franchise and concessions

  • Working with creative to ensure all trading POS messaging is up to date globally. End to end management of briefing process to production and delivery of any new POS requirements

  • Managing creation and maintenance of VM training materials, ensuring all content is relevant and engaging

  • Leading the delivery of VM training days where applicable

  • Coaching in-store sales teams to interpret the guidelines and training in the execution of the visual concept

  • Working with merchandising, across wholesale and own buy teams to ensure correct ranges are launched in line with guidelines and timings

  • Key point of contact for UK Regional Managers

  • Conducting ad hoc store visits

  • Work closely with the key retail stakeholders to ensure VM plans support sales
