Accurately maintain and keep secure volunteer records/systems in line with policy and standard operating procedure, to ensure data quality, confidentiality and compliance with the current Data Protection Law
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding information concerning volunteers, patients, staff and sensitive Trust Business at all times
Prioritise own workload and meet deadlines in order to meet the requirements of the post

The post holder will support the Volunteer Services Manager (VSM) in positively and effectively delivering a quality Volunteer Service at Medway NHS Foundation Trust to volunteers, patients, carers and staff. The post holder will support development and day to day running of the Volunteer Service as directed.
