Full Job Description

Here at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, we are committed to providing volunteering opportunities for people who are passionate about giving back to their local community. As a volunteer, we require your positive energy, skills, and commitment to help us to enhance the experience for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Our Volunteers are celebrated members of the T&GICFT family. They make a unique and valuable contribution to patients, carers, relatives, visitors and staff and play a vital role in our services. Not only do our volunteers share their time and expertise to make a difference, in turn, our volunteers will have opportunities to meet new people, gain experience and learn new skills.
We are able to offer our volunteers a number of varied roles across the Trust such as supporting staff and patients in clinical and non clinical areas and also administration roles.
We will be holding a volunteer recruitment day on 22nd February 2025. Please ensure you will be able to attend on this date prior to submitting your application.

For our agenda for change staff, we offer a competitive benefits package with regular pay awards, annual leave of 27 days increasing to 33 days after 10 years and access to a competitive Pension Scheme to which both you and the Trust contribute. These terms and conditions are not applicable for Non-Executive positions.
