Volunteer Club Helper

You will gain experience, confidence and skills to help deliver your role and Brendoncare will provide support to help you achieve your goals.

We are looking for people to join our team of volunteers and support us at our Gosport Monday Social Club on Monday afternoons weekly, 13:30-15:30.

This role would require you to be positive and demonstrate a willingness to help us deliver a fantastic service to the members of our clubs. This could involve ensuring the venue is safe and welcoming for our members; this will include setting the room up appropriately, helping any members with limited mobility, engaging with our members and helping with the activities and refreshments.

Brendoncare offer a range of services from community support and clubs, through to extra care housing and residential care, helping thousands of people across the South of England. These services are designed to empower people to live their whole life well, and it is largely down to the dedication, kindness and forward thinking of our volunteers that we are able to do so

This role allows you to develop at your own pace gaining experience, skills, confidence and friendships. We provide you with bespoke training which includes: Induction, safeguarding, health & safety and first aid. We provide reimbursement of out of pocket expenses, such as travel and undertake an enhanced DBS check - at no cost to you. All volunteers are automatically entitled to free Brendoncare community membership, giving you access to a wide range of services.
