Full Job Description

You'll lead on volunteering best practice across the organisation, ensuring our volunteer infrastructure is robust and dynamic, enabling our volunteer projects and teams to support the MS community, whilst providing our volunteers with a rewarding experience.

We're going through a period of transformation here at the MS Society and require a strategic and adaptable individual who is experienced in supporting volunteers and volunteer managers through change.

There are key areas of work to focus on, including developing volunteer journeys to align with transformation and ensuring our volunteers are supported throughout their time with us. You'll also be supporting the development of new volunteering policies, practices and strategy, as well as developing new volunteer roles throughout the organisation.,
