Volunteer and Peer Mentor Coordinator

Work with colleagues across the service to ensure service user involvement is considered in all service initiatives and promotions.
Work with the team to provide the best treatment options for people in need of support but not yet accessing treatment.
Develop links with partnerships and groups within the wider community with an aim of engaging the community with recovery groups and recovery activities and events.
Lead on service user inclusion events across the year and with the celebration of service user success
Lead on Volunteer and Peer Mentor Recruitment.

Experienced in recruiting, training and managing volunteers
Aware of the challenges faced by the people using our services.
Experienced in delivering learning and training to others.
Accomplished written and verbal skills and a high degree of IT competency.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week
Salary: £27,449.53 - £31,529.41 Dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, pro rata for part time hours)
Allowance: £4072.06 Inner London Weighting, Pro Rata, 25 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing by one day for each year of service for the first 5 years.
