Full Job Description

Job Title: Volunteer PSVU Admin Support - HC619368

Location: SHQ Eastleigh

Salary: Volunteer

Hours: A minimum of 2 hours per week - ideally one full day per week

Closing date: Sunday 15th December 2024 at 23:59 hours

Are you experienced in administration? Are you looking for a volunteer role with HIOWC?

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Personal Security Vetting Unit.

Ideally, you
should be experienced and confident in using IT, however full training will be provided.

Key Accountabilities, include, but are not limited to:

-Ensure that information provided by the vetting subject is completed correctly and in full. Ensure the information is accurate and appropriately authorised. Identify gaps in the information provided and obtain further information as required.
-To Liaise with government agencies to initiate National Security vetting checks
-To Liaise with other forces where required to request information on vetting subjects.
-To provide regular and effective service.
