Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Central Performance Marketing to join our team. In this strategic role, you will spearhead our global digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, and display advertising. Your primary responsibility will be to drive scalable, data-driven growth, acquiring new customers while optimising acquisition costs and maximising the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing efforts. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment with our go-to-market strategy for our core product lines, including EHS, QMS, Collaboration, ARC, and Compliance. Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy - Lead a high-performing performance marketing team and develop strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Ensure all initiatives align with business goals and strategic priorities across products, industries, and regions while tracking and optimizing metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.
Multi-Channel Performance Marketing - Oversee and optimize campaigns across PPC, display advertising, paid social, retargeting, and SEO, ensuring a cohesive multi-channel approach. Scale media buying efforts on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook, focusing on audience segmentation, targeting, and qualified lead generation.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Analytics - Leverage analytics to guide data-driven decisions, monitor and report campaign performance, and develop advanced attribution models to measure marketing impact. Provide actionable insights and regular updates on key metrics to senior leadership, driving continuous optimization and efficiency.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment - Collaborate across teams to ensure performance marketing strategies align with product launches, market demands, and industry trends. Work closely with content, regional, and CRM teams to develop impactful creatives, optimize lead nurturing, and enhance customer journey experiences.
Budget Management & Optimization - Manage and strategically allocate performance marketing budgets to maximize ROI. Continuously test and optimize campaigns, including bidding strategies, audience segments, ad copy, and landing pages, to ensure cost-effective performance and high returns.
Innovation & Growth - Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new channels, tools, and technologies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a culture of innovation and testing within the team, driving continuous growth and maintaining a competitive edge in the market. Skills and Experience

Experience in performance marketing in a leadership role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and scaling multi-channel digital marketing programmes that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Extensive experience managing substantial PPC and paid media budgets across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, display, paid social, and other performance marketing strategies.
- Proficient in analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with attribution models, customer journey mapping, and sales funnel optimisation techniques.
- Experience in performance marketing within EHS, QMS, Collaboration, or Compliance sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing.
