Deliver VSTP arrangements within the agreed timescales and to Network Rail levels of competency., 1. Deliver very short timetabling arrangements that support the management of SPAD mitigation. Undertake planning of train movements to a time horizon of 48 hours or less.

2. Maintain that the timetabling is to Network Rail agreed contractual arrangements.

3. Compile a library of regularly used timetable slots to provide consistent delivery.

4. Identify regular and frequent requests for short-term movements to the Train Planning Manager for introduction into the permanent timetable.

5. Assist controllers by recording train running information where required.

· Understanding of rules of the route
