Full Job Description

As a Waiter, your main role will be to:

  • welcome guests in a friendly and engaging manner
  • demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests
  • provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
  • personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity
  • maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate
  • create an emotional engagement with guests, thus creating exceptional memories
  • be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately
  • maximise service delivery opportunities

    excellent knowledge of food & beverage, in particular afternoon tea
  • previous experience in a similar 5 environment
  • flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
  • confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
  • ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
  • excellent attention to detail
  • clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
