Full Job Description

Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking dedicated and professional waiters/waitresses to join our dynamic team. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure orders are accurate and complete.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or requests.
Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area.
Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts to customers.
Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including dietary restrictions and allergens.
Assist in the preparation and setup of dining areas for special events or large parties.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Uphold health and safety standards, including proper hygiene and cleanliness practices.
Provide excellent customer service, creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus., English - Advanced
