Work closely with your management team to ensure that you completely understand BOH as well as FOH responsibilities and work as one team to deliver the best experience to our guests.
Be well-versed in all aspects of the team member role, from greeting to seating to staying with the guest throughout their time with us in order to create a personal experience.
Know when it's time to have fun and when it's time to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
Bring your contagious positive energy into your restaurant.
Demonstrate knowledge confidence on shift; guests must feel confident that they are in exceptionally good hands
