Waiter / Waitress

We are seeking a hard working Waiter/Waitress to join our team at one of an our restaurant in London. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing an excellent guest service, this role is perfect for you.
Duties

• Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals


• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals


• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests


• Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience
  
  Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an essential a minimum of 3 years


• Strong understanding of food safety guidelines


• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously


• Exceptional guest services skills with a focus on a customer satisfaction


• Ability to upsell menu items effectively without a hesitation


• Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments
