Waiting List Administrator

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our existing administration and clerical team to support with the waiting list, for Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. This role involves supporting the administrative tasks for the service as well as some of the ad hoc responsibilities, which will involve day to day clerical tasks and support to our reception and secretarial team., + To provide effective and efficient clerical and reception support to a designated clinic or clinics, ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users.
+ To respond and deal with a variety of often complex booking requests in a timely manner, whether by telephone or in person, ensuring that patients are booked according to clinical priority and in chronological order.
+ Ensure patients are added to correct waiting lists using hospital standard operating procedures.
+ Ensure all relevant patient information is recorded on the Trusts' IT systems and updated accordingly with the Trusts Access Policy
+ Ensure RTT data is accurate at all times
