We offer sector leading training and coaching to help their staff level up and further there career by learning new key skills, gaining a variety of excellent qualifications which can led to a vast number of progression opportunities within the social care sector. Many of our Regional and Service Managers joined us as Support Workers and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder! Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:
- Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
- Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
