Full Job Description
We are recruiting for a compassionate Night Care Assistant to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers every day. As a Night Care Assistant at Swann House, you would be expected to embrace values of empathy, respect, and dignity as you provide essential care to individuals in need. - Personal care.
- Medication administration.
- Supporting people through temporary or terminal illness.
- Helping with eating and drinking.
- Light domestic duties such as bed making.
- Support with social, physical activities and mental stimulation such as hobbies and recreation., Reward and recognition awards.
- Free DBS checks, Hepatitis and Flu vaccination.

- You are warm and friendly and have a natural caring nature, great sense of humour and a positive energy that brings a smile to people's faces, If you have not been working in the care industry for the previous 2 years OR have come straight from education (eg, college, sixth form, apprenticeship).
- You must be employed for a minimum of 8 hours per week.
- The scheme must be a CQC registered provider in Suffolk.
- You must work for at least 12 weeks with Orwell and pass this starting period to qualify for the payment., Care Certificate, is desirable
- QCF Level 2 in Health and Social care or equivalent, is desirable
