We are seeking passionate and dedicated Children's Residential Waking Night Care Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care to our young people.

We thrive to provide a safe, nurturing environment. The young people in our care receive tailored support to fully meet their individual needs, as a Waking Night Care Worker you will support us in doing so, you will play a critical role where you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance and ensuring the wellbeing of the children in your care.

Driving License is preferred but not essential

Must be over the age of 21.
Rate of pay: £12.00 to £12.75 hourly - dependent on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:

To provide exceptional care and support to the young people.
Build positive relationships with firm boundaries.
Support with building confidence and self-esteem and safeguarding the children at all times.
Participating in activities and hobbies that help develop young person's life and social skills.
To provide for the young person's needs such as; cooking, washing, shopping.
Ensure all needs are met during the night, being on hand for the children whenever needed.
To adhere to all policies and procedures.
Report any concerns immediately to Team Leader / Management.
Maintaining up to date knowledge of care plans, risk assessments and behaviour plans.
