Salary Range (FTE) £27,603 - £29,565* per annum subject to qualifications

After completion of relevant RMT courses and increased length of service there is a potential to earn up to £33,810

40 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Applicants who apply for this role at the current time will receive a

Welcome Bonus of £1500 (subject to Tax/NI) after completion of their 6-month probation period

(*This salary includes a market supplement for Residential Support Workers)

This role is based in and around Pembrokeshire

An opportunity has become available to join Coleg Plas Dwbl, as part of the committed team focusing on the holistic needs of the students. The students benefit from an extensive range of nutritional, therapeutic and medical support at each college that is reflected in the college sessions and in the residential provision.

This role can be both physically/emotionally demanding, and you must have the confidence/patience to adapt to the challenging behaviours that the young people can present.

Access to a vehicle would be advantageous as public transport links are limited.
