Come and join one of the UK's largest providers of complex care. We are looking for a brand new dynamic team for our new client in Crawley. Meet the Client : Our client is an 18 year old young man who has complex health needs. He lives in the family home with his mum and sister. Our client likes to keep busy in the home and go out for walks. You will need to be active and like to be busy as no day will be the same! When you'll be working :

  • Waking nights : 8pm-8am
  • Part Time or Full Time available (18 hours up to 48 hours available)
  • What you'll be doing : This role is to support our 18 year old male client with complex health needs in his family home. This will involve supporting with personal care, moving and handling, medication and clinical equipment including his PEG feed. You will be fully supported by a Clinical Care Manager for all your training with our client. This will be a brilliant opportunity to enhance your clinical skills.

    11.50 - 13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
