Full Job Description
As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the person we support can live safely and comfortably in their own home during the night. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Supporting evening and morning routines to help the person we support settle in for the night and prepare for the day ahead
- Conducting regular health checks to ensure their well-being
- Building a relationship with the person we support, understanding their needs and preferences
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Moving and handling tasks as needed
- Collaborating with a fantastic team to deliver the best care possible
