Are you a caring individual living in the Cheltenham area looking for a role where you can give back to those living in your community? We are actively seeking a caring individual to join the team as a Night Wake Support Worker at Middelton House. Located in Cheltenham, Middleton House has 49 one and two bedroom apartments designed to help local residents to retain as much independence and control over their lives as possible. Middleton House is situated just 2 miles from the centre of Cheltenham, and has great transport links with nearby buses and the M5 motorway close by. Residents benefit from easy access to nearby shops and restaurants but can also enjoy on-site facilities including a lounge, restaurant, accessible landscaped garden. What will I be doing as a Support Worker? As a Night Wake Support Worker you will be working alone from 22:00 - 07:00 providing emergency support into the scheme and some scheduled care calls with residents. This could include

  • Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
  • Supporting with medication administration
  • Supporting with meal preparation
  • Supporting with day-to-day household duties
  • Supporting with any emergencies
  • Shifts Available The successful candidate would need to be able to do a 22:00 - 07:00 shift on the following days Week 1: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday & Sunday Week 2: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday
