Full Job Description

  • Responsible for computational modelling & simulation and perform operational research & analysis

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and design of a variety of wargames

  • Be involved in other projects in customer-facing teams depending upon your research and analysis skill set

  • Provide data insights and conduct social science research

  • Perform concept & capability assessments

  • Conduct process & value stream mapping and business case development

    Expertise in designing manual wargames, including rule set creation and scenario development

  • Ability to facilitate games and adjudicate outcomes based on rule sets

  • Strong qualitative analytical skills to interpret game outcomes and provide actionable insights.

  • Experience with or knowledge of defence strategies, military tactics, and historical conflicts

  • Creativity in game design and development to address complex customer requirements

  • Understanding of kinetic military operations and conflict scenarios

    Salary: Circa £60,000 commensurate with skills and experience, You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
