We have a great opportunity to work as a Ward Administrator at Princess Royal Hospital Haywards Heath

There are bothPart Time position availablewhere the candidate will work across different inpatient wards providing a focused administration service within the Clinical Administration Inpatients department at thePrincess Royal Hospital

20 Hours - Monday to Friday 0800-1200

37.5 hours - Monday to Friday 0800-1600

We are looking to recruit a flexible, dynamic, and motivated ward administrator for our fast paced and friendly Inpatient Team to help ensure adequate coverage of duties across a defined group of wards and departments. You will be working to ensure the efficient and timely admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, dealing with patients' medical notes and being responsible for the accurate and timely input of information into our PAS system for the purposes of patient care and data quality.

Successful candidates will be honest, confident, have excellent communication skills, and be successful when prioritising their workload.
