Ward Clerk

This is an exciting opportunity for an internal colleague to join our team on Jervaulx ward in the role of Ward Clerk., The post holder will:
+ Liaise with patients on the ward and their family.
+ Have an excellent telephone manner
+ Will assist all members of the MDT to perform their roles to the best of their ability.
+ Assist in arranging discharge plans for patients.
+ Have an understanding of the hospital systems including PCS.

The post holder will need to be organised, compassionate and able to deal with a variety of situations as well as the admin for the ward.
