Full Job Description
You will be supported by the ward manager and nursing team and will report directly to the ward manager.
You will be responsible for providing a front-line reception service and delivering a high standard of customer care; so you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You will be required to have IT literate skills and knowledge of our hospital systems such as Tele Tracking, Allscripts, booking transport and data collection systems. We are looking for a motivated person who has had experience working with the public and ideally in a hospital setting., You will be required to demonstrate that you can work as part of a large multi-disciplinary team as well as being able to work independently., Would you like to work flexibly?
