Work within the Critical Care Unit to facilitate the smooth running of the patient's journey by ensuring co-ordinated and streamlined administrative processes revolve around the patient and their individual needs., As a patient's relatives and visitors first and last point of contact with the service, special attention should be given at all times to ensure a positive experience by providing a welcoming, helpful and supportive admin service.
