The salary scale above has been agreed as part of the NHS Agenda for Change pay award for 2024/2025 and will be implemented in November 2024 backdated to 1st April 2024 where applicable., An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Ward Clerk to join the administration team in Denbigh Hospital.
The Ward Clerk will provide efficient clerical assistance to the ward. The provision of an efficient clerical service is essential to ensure the speedy admission, discharge, and transfer of patients., By the nature of the duties, the Ward Clerk will be required to maintain strict confidentiality, and will be expected to deal with patients and relatives with courtesy and discretion at all times.
The Ward Clerk is responsible to the Ward Managers in providing an efficient clerical service across the wards.
