Full Job Description

The Emergency Assessment Unit at Grantham Hospital is a 24/7 inpatient area which supports medical patients. We have a high turnover of patients., As part of your ward clerk role you will work closely with the nursing and medical teams based on EAU, providing their clerical and reception support. You will be expected to maintain high standards of record keeping, filing whilst liaising with other departments within the hospital and outside organisations such as GP's, other healthcare professionals and other hospitals in the best interest of the patients.

We are looking to recruit staff who have exceptional IT, record keeping skills and a knowledge regarding confidentiality and data protection. If you believe you have good customer service skills with pleasant and professional telephone and intra personal skills then please apply.

NHS experience is desirable but not essential.
