Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a Ward Clerk for Maternity Serviceswho shares our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best Peopleand has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

This is a rotational post throughout the maternity department working assorted shifts including nights, weekends and bank holidays. The shifts will be on the wards and on the Delivery Suite., All administrative tasks required in all areas. Including the use of bed occupancy systems, processing notes on the PAS system, making additional appointments on Soliton and oasis. On the ward setting provide initial meet and greet to ward attendees, maintain bed state on oasis pas, have oversight of EDNs, work with with all ward staff maintaining the administrative roles of the different areas.
